I have applied for the lt visa online, application is complete but when I try to pay it declines my card credit card company says no problem with my card but the merchant is declining it. Ant suggestions?

I did mine on a iPad. After several attempts I realized the entire page wasn’t shown. There were prompts I couldn’t see to finish my payment. After you figure this out, it is easy.

I've seen a few state they have problems with the visa. I did mine last week which has now been complete. I found doing it on the phone was a problem. Try doing it on a pc

Do you have any other cards to try? Thailand uses 3D authentication and many foreign banks do not support it. Sometimes I have to go through a few cards until I find one that will work.
