Has anyone had any trouble with the evisa website?

I complete everything then go to submit payment. When it finishes, it just logs me out. When I log back in it still shows payment pending.

I tried a few times using different browsers and different devices. That is not the problem.

It's been pending 3 days now.

And the website has a submit question by email which I tried but it only generates an error.

Website is:

[members only]

There is literally no way to pay or to contact them.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users have reported problems with the Thai eVisa website, specifically regarding payment submission. One user experienced being logged out after attempting to submit payment, leading to a pending status for three days. Despite trying different browsers and devices, the issue persisted. Another comment pointed out that the website often has reliability issues, and after experimenting, it was found that certain debit cards may not be accepted, recommending the use of a standard credit card instead.

I found the problem!

It turns out it doesn't like Visa-debit. I was using my Tangerine card but it won't take it.

Tried a regular credit card and it accepted first try.

Good for you. That’s another thing I notice in Thai created websites. You almost never get error messages indicating what the problem might be. That makes it doubly difficult to fix and, as a result, you end up going round in circles trying every conceivable possibility.

I’ve never known a Thai visa website that worked flawlessly. They’re almost always crap and Thais don’t care much either for maintaining things to prevent breakdown nor do they care much for fixing things when broken. That means you generally end up with a shoddy user experience. My advice would be to cancel it and start over using a different browser and keep tying till you get there. Fake it till you make it! For what it’s worth, it took me three days, four devices and as many browsers to get through the processs for a new Thai visa using their embassy in London. Got it eventually though! Good luck.
