What should I do if my Thai visa payment keeps getting declined, and can I get a visa on arrival in Thailand?

Hi, I am going to thailand from may29-aug7, ive been trying to get my visa for the past 2 months, but they keep declining my payment. I get this message that says payment did not go through/ cancellation. I called my bank they said i could make any purchase right now and that they don’t see any activity. i tried 3 different cards and i got the same result. Has anyone else had this issue? I don’t think it’s going to get resolved if not what can I do? Can i get a visa when i arrive to thailand?

update: i used a chase card and the payment finally went through, i was using a regions card before so maybe that was the issue.

I had this problem in the UK. I gave up got 45 on arrival and am going to extend next week

Seemed easiest option

 might be a confusing answer if people don’t know the 45 day VE is back to 30

Have to keep trying different cards. I find Mastercard tends to work better with Thai based systems. But they use a lot of security that's not compatible with American cards so you have to keep trying different ones till you find one that works.
