Has anyone had difficulty uploading a passport photo when applying for a Thailand entry pass?

The photo I’m trying to upload is the correct format and under the file size limit but it keeps saying “Network error, Please try again.”

My friend took a photo of me on my phone with a white background, cropped it and sent worked straight away.

Keep trying. I had the same. Did it after a few attempts. Make sure it's in a jpeg format
