It won’t take my upload, I am not so savvy. Any help would be appreciated.

When you upload from your pc you need to hit the upload button on tge Embassy site, just below your picture, you have to upload each one then after they are uploaded properly you can proceed

I had same problem, go to bottom of the form press edit then it allows you to upload photos

Send the photo to a friend or family member on messenger. Once sent download that photo and try to upload it. Messenger automatically resizes photos and may work for you.
