The ID Card has 13 Digits you becam if you have second Vaccin (in Thailand) a Paper there the give you a ID Card Number this you have to need 13 Digits its spez. for Farang because dont have.
Than you can make your Healt Pass and on the Endit has your Pass Number! good luck!

apply for mine on Monday night said pass but still waiting for email and I fly next week the waiting is ridiculous because booked flights hotel have visa but not knowing when you get Thailand pass is ridiculous Wayne *********

On Monday PR Thai Government site said it was not yet able to be done on a mobile. Maybe not yet rectified
