Hey there I'm holding an Spanish passport and I am now with a Tourist Visa planing to extending in 30 days more , then do a border bounce for visa on arrival. Would I have some problem with that? Will I need a ticket out of Thailand for being able to get that visa? Could I do that one time more?

Would that some issue if in the future I would like to get a non migrant visa such as student one?

I have one Tourist Visa stamp of 2022

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding a Spanish passport, inquires about extending their Tourist Visa and then doing a border bounce for a visa on arrival. It is clarified that Spanish passport holders do not qualify for a visa on arrival at land borders and are instead eligible for a visa exemption, granting 30 days on entry, which can be extended once for 30 days. While they can do up to two border crossings per calendar year, they might face questions from immigration for spending too much time in Thailand without a long-term visa. Concerns about future applications for a non-migrant visa such as a student visa are also raised.

You get 2 land border crossings per calendar year (01 Jan- 31 Dec),

there is no official limit on the amount of fly ins you can do, however you will eventually get questioned by an overzealous immigration officer…

all of the arrival stamps can be extended for 30 days at a cost of ฿1,900

Good luck

People with a spanish passport do not qualify for Visa on Arrival, which is where you apply for and pay for a visa when you enter the country. You also cannot get Visa on Arrival at a land border.

Spanish passport holders are eligible for VISA EXEMPT meaning no visa at all. Visa exempt gives you 30 days when you enter the country and you can apply one time for a 30 day extension.

You'll probably be fine doing 1-2 visa exempt (you're only allowed to do 2 per year at a land border, no limit by air), but eventually you're going to be stopped and asked why you are spending so much time in Thailand without a long term visa.

first of all thank you for the info appreciate it very much, what would be a good answer to that question , for instance in my case it would be because I'm training Muay Thai and most of my trip goes around the dates of my fights , would that be a rasomable answer or they would ask my why I am not getting ed visa for my training camp

every immigration officer is different and they each have the discretion to approve or deny you. The best you can do is keep as much documentation with you to backup your story. And if you can get a tourist visa instead of doing visa exempt each time it may help (but only a little).
