Good Morning, Im arriving in Thailand this week on my first Non O visa based on Retirement from the embassy in London, im a British passport holder.

I feel I have good understanding of the procedure like going to my local IO and finding out the local requirements (Surat Thani in this case) financial requirements, opening a bank account and seasoning the money Etc in regards to my extension of stay.

My question is regarding other paperwork, TDAC ill keep and print off, the initial TM30 thats my air bnb owners resposibilty but after that I have a house rented and a lease in place, my understanding is the landlady will have to do the first one then I could do them after that online or in person, what about going fwd ? everytime I travel internally in Thailand do i need to fill out a TM 30 at everywhere stay? And is there anything else im missing? Thank you in advance to this excellent group.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the TM30 form process during their stay in Thailand on a Non-O visa based on retirement. They are informed that the TM30 is typically the responsibility of the accommodation provider for the first record, and it may need to be filled out again for subsequent stays depending on the local immigration policy. The conversation emphasizes that while some accommodation providers handle TM30 submissions for guests, the requirements can vary based on provincial immigration office policies. The user is also reminded to check with their landlady and local immigration for specifics.

I did not need to show my TDAC today when I came in on a none O visa. The IO said that it was linked to your visa, if you put the visa number on the TDAC form. I was questioned about what country GBR was thought.

Whether you need a new TM30 receipt for every entry to the province is

Provincial immigration office policy.

Some require every time after arrival internationally, some want you to submit even after inter-province travel, while some don't require at all as long as you are back to the same address.

When you travel inside Thailand, usually, accommodations will do your TM30 in that area.

Check with them about their policy when you go to the local immigration office to get the latest requirements handout.

Whether you can do TM30 on your own is between you and your landlord, meaning whether she/he would provide enough documents or not.

Sounds like you studied well. Good luck.
