TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessity of filing a 90-day report on January 28 before renewing a retirement visa extension on February 12. Responses confirm that the user must still submit a 90-day report even if renewing on the same date, as only the first extension is exempt from this requirement.

Thanks Tod are there any documents or copies to produce alongside the TM.47 form ?

Umm, isn't a 90 day report just a TM.47 form? :/

Yes, you would still do a 90 day report

ONLY the very first extension of stay counts as a 90 day report and all the rest of the yearly extensions don't have anything to do with your 90 day report date.
