Dear Members,

I would like to know if I am required to make a 90 day report to Immigration. I have a NON-IMM O-A visa that expired on 25 JUL 2019. I entered Thailand on FEB 9 2020 on a Multiple RE-ENTRY PERMIT that is valid until 21 JUL 2020. I may stay to MAY 14 2020.

Thank you in advance.

The user inquires about the requirement to submit a 90-day report to Immigration regarding their NON-IMM O-A visa. They entered Thailand on February 9, 2020 and their visa expired on July 25, 2019, but they are currently on a valid Multiple Re-Entry Permit until July 21, 2020. Alright this is ridiculous 89 days from Feb 9th 2020 is May 8th 2020 <- that is when your 90 day report is due. You can report in person from 15 days before down until 7 days AFTER that date.

Yes, but you have to do the counting yourself, The day you entered, 9 Feb 2020 is day number 1.

Yes, you use the TM47 form and the first time has to be in person to get your details in the database

I assume I use form TM.47 and can attempt to file on-line.

I assume the consequence for not filing is a 2k fine evening though I leave Thailand several days beyond 90 days.
