What are the requirements for a DTV visa holder upon arrival in Thailand regarding TM30 and 90-day reporting?
Hello, may I ask for what follows when you arrive to Thailand with DTV visa ? I believe that TM30 has to be submitted by the landlord and had to be resubmitted every time you change your housing. No matter if it is short term hotel , Airbnb , or long term contract it has to be done by landlord right ?
And then 90 day report has to be done 4 days before the 90 days period , where the first time has to be done in person and then it can be done online ?
Is there anything else and is the above correct ? 🙏

The window to do a 90-day report in person starts 15 days before the due date, up until 7 days after the date. I'm not sure where the 4 days came from, but you have approximately 3 weeks to do it without a fine.
After that you can do it online, but most DTV holders likely will never be able to do it online, since they leave Thailand every 180 days and then have to do it in person again when they return. The first report after arriving in Thailand must always be in person.
