Is TM30 reporting required every time you re-enter Thailand with a DTV, and do you need it for 90-day reports?

Is TM30 reporting within 24 hours still a necessary requirement every time you re-enter Thailand with your DTV?
Do you also need to bring the TM 30 to your 90 day reports like you have to to do an extending your tourist visa?

1 depends which Immigration Office. Some do and some do not. Check locally 2 Most require TM30 for 90 day report. Did see one post saying Samui did not ask for it. Maybe they just check in the system???
