ORIGINAL POSTER
Seventh annual ext stay/ret - income (Non-O) at CW: three Q's

1.) "Number 3" statement, an affidavit of sorts, by a third party attesting to one's residence I guess. Can my landlord fill in the first section? "...*Have come to immigration division and want to testify*...". They cannot accompany me. Or leave it blank?

2.) TM.7, updated doc checklist here says completed in BLUE ink? Absolute requirement or can we prefill these with Adobe, and print in B&W?

3.) Is it currently acceptable to prefill the three *ancillary* documents (Number 3, STM2, Acknowledgement of Penalties)? Sign before, or in the presence of the IO?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster asked about the process of completing the affidavit for their Non-O visa extension, specifically whether their landlord can fill in part of the statement. They also inquired if TM.7 must be filled out in blue ink or if it can be prefilled and printed in black and white. Lastly, they wanted to know if they could prefill ancillary documents and whether they need to sign these in front of the immigration officer. Commenters suggested filling out the affidavit themselves, confirmed that printing in black and white is acceptable, and advised against pre-signing ancillary documents.

1- Just fill the form out yourself and put SELF in the box where it says relationship, It's just a self guarantee form anyway

2- fill it out in Adobe and print it in B/W is fine..

3- you can fill out those 4 forms but don't sign them because they have you sign them in front of them again anyway..
