Hi

I have a non O immigrant visa and am going in to immigration to extent my visa for 12 months for the first time

I have filled out the TM.7 Have my proof of income statement from my embassy. Am 65 But unsure whether I need to fill out the Guarentor form and if so does that person have to accompany me to immigration. I went to the counter when I got my non O immigrant visa 2 months ago and asked for the forms for the extension for a retirement visa and they gave me the TM 7 and Guarentor forms ?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification regarding their Non-O immigrant visa extension process. They have filled out the TM.7 form and possess proof of income from their embassy. Uncertainty exists about whether a Guarantor form is required and the conditions under which it must be submitted. Community responses note that if the user has a valid income letter, they may not need a large sum in their bank account for the extension, and typically, the TM7 and appropriate documents from the initial Non-O application are sufficient.

If you're using monthly deposits = at least ฿65k/month and you have a valid income letter (not older than 6 months) from your embassy, you just need the TM7-form and the same documents as when you applied for the 90 days Non-immigrant O Visa based on retirement.

He said he has the Income Letter from his Embassy. He will not have to have 800k in the bank if he has that.
