Doing my first year non-O extension of stay for having a Thai husband in Chiang Mai
I am pretty sure I have all the papers ready but I have a couple of questions.
1.) do we need a witness (a neighbour) to sign my address map before we go to immigration?
2.) I entered with an e-visa so I have quite a basic entry stamp in my passport. Do I need to bring copies of my e-visa too?
3.) is it just the entry stamp I need or every entry/exit stamp in my passport?
Thaaaanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A resident in Chiang Mai is preparing for their first NON-O extension of stay due to marriage to a Thai national. They have questions about the necessity of having a witness for their address map, whether they need copies of their e-visa, and if they need to provide copies of all entry/exit stamps in their passport. Community feedback clarifies that no witness is required, copies of the e-visa must be printed, and it's necessary to provide copies of the data page, entry stamp, TM30 receipt, marriage certificate, and photographs for the application.

1 - you do not take a witness with you when you go to get your year extension in Chiang Mai
2 - you need to print and make a copy of that PDF because that IS your actual visa
3 - copies of the data page, and your entry stamp, your TM30 receipt, your rose bordered marriage certificate (Kor Ror 3), the form (Kor Ror 2) or if you were married abroad the Kor Ror 22 that shows you registered your marriage at the Amphur
the usual photos of you and your husband in front of the address numbers of where you live, inside the house sitting at the table, sitting on a couch, etc.
Did you go to the immigration office BEFORE you're going to attempt this year extension with your thai husband and get the requirements from them?
Yes I went to the Chiang mai office earlier in the year and gathered the paperwork for NON-O with Thai Husband extension according to their check list just wanted to double check.
