I have two questions regarding getting a Non-Immigrant B visa in Penang, Malaysia. Has anyone been there recently and been required to provide a criminal record check in order to get their visa? Also, to get the Non-Imm. B visa do you need to have proof of onward flight leaving Thailand at the end of your visa? Thanks!
