Hello, I am going to receive my non-B visa in Kuala Lumpur in a few weeks and I am wondering if anyone has had any issues here? I understand that Penang has changed its policies making it a lot more difficult to receive a non-B (which is why I plan on not going there.) I have all the necessary documents and plan on getting a Thai criminal background check. Is there anything that I should be weary of before going?  Any tips/ advice would be greatly appreciated!

KL has a very nice checklist that they want you to use. You can print it out and even check before departure that you meet the requirements. The link for the Non B application for a teacher is:

and you would mention the thai consulate in Savannakhet Lao for what apparent reason seeing as they stated they are going to the thai consulate in Kuala Lumpur?
