Hi everyone, I'm going to Penang tomorrow for tourist visa (after holing non b for almost 1 year), want to make sure I know all requirements, check it please if you went there not so long time ago:

Visa application form

Passport

Flight ticket to and from Thailand (not only to the passport holder county, right?

Booking of hotel, minimum 2 weeks (is it okay if it shows "No payment is needed"?

Bank statement (just in case) 

 Please, give advice, based on your experience, not imagination. Thanks
