TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent applicants for a Non-B visa in Penang have indicated that a police clearance is required from both the home country and Thailand, especially for teachers. Company directors may have different requirements, with some suggesting that police clearance may not apply to them. The initial application duration granted is typically three months unless the applicant is a director.

Tod Daniels No idea. Sent to consulate my new criminal record by mail, call consulate etc but they didnt reply me, didnt call me etc.
That's fake :O They can't cancel a visa after they've issued it and after you've entered the country :/ There is no mechanism for that to be done between the ministry of foreign affairs and the thai immigration office.
I'm not saying don't get them the updated police report but I'm saying there's not much they can do if you don't seeing as you already entered and already got the visa marked used and already got the 90 day stamp ..
