Good morning.

Sorry so early.

My 90 day report due tomorrow 25/9 at Samut Prakan.

(Retirement).

Suspect queues will be big today and tomorrow due to amnesty expiry.

Any penalty if I leave it until Monday 28/9 ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can submit your 90-day report for your retirement visa without a penalty from 15 days before the due date until 7 days after the due date. Therefore, if you file your report on Monday 28/9, you will not incur any penalties.

. If you've done one before, you can do it online. I've done one recently and it was a breeze. Took no more than 10-15 mins, but I followed Tod's advice and used the web-based program, not the app, as I'd seen some people were having trouble with the latter
