What steps do I need to take after changing my Thai visa status and returning to Phuket?

ORIGINAL POSTER
Have just returned to Phuket after changing my Thai visa status from a 12 month extension of stay (based on retirement) to a Non Im B 3 month single entry (attached, now used) in Penang. Also, I have returned to my previously reported TM30 and 90 day reporting address (rented for 2 years).

What do I now need to do?

Given I will leave the country again within the next 90 days, do I still have to go and lodge a TM30 as previously was done for extension of stay?

TIA for your advice...

TLDR : Answer Summary
After changing your visa from a 12-month extension based on retirement to a Non Imm B 3-month single entry visa, and upon returning to Phuket, you need to consider whether to lodge a TM30 report at your rental address. Since you intend to leave Thailand again within the next 90 days, it's important to check if TM30 lodging is still required for your new visa status.
