Hello Non-o visa based on Thai child advice needed.
Living and working in Thailand 4 years on work permit as teacher but will need to study soon for 1- 1.5 years to get a permanent teacher visa. So Iโm considering other options.
1. As a female trying to obtain non-o based on Thai child visa do I still need to show proof off 400k in the bank?
2. Can I still work on this type of visa?
TIA
TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O visa based on raising a Thai child requires proof of funds, typically 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account or a monthly salary of at least 40,000 baht. This requirement applies regardless of gender. However, if married to a Thai national, the financial proof may not be necessary. Holders of this visa can also work in Thailand.
