I will be applying for my 1 year extension of my non-O retirement visa soon in Bangkok.
May I ask if anyone knows weather there have been any changes to the requirements, procedures or even to the customs & uses or if there is any additional advice since one year ago?
Thank you so much!๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the requirements and procedures for extending a Non-O retirement visa in Bangkok. Recent responses indicate that there have been no significant changes in the extension process over the past year. Necessary documents include a 12-month bank statement, a bank letter, and an updated bank book, with the bank book needing to be updated on the day of application. Additionally, updates from different regions like Pattaya mention new requirements for landlord identification and tax codes.

Just did mine at Bangkok 3-4 weeks ago. No change for years. Note that Bangkok will accept the Bangkok Bank statements obtained through the app, without a bank stamp, provided they cover the entire year since last extension and bank book showing the entire period is also produced. Note I'm on the 65k monthly transfer method
Don't know about Bangkok specifically but Pattaya now asked for landlords I.d. and tax code. The officer (who deals with me every year) said it was new policy.
