TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is looking for options to extend their NON-IMM ED visa, which is set to expire on April 19th, while residing in Chiang Mai. According to a comment, they can extend their visa by obtaining paperwork from their enrolled school and the Ministry of Education, then applying at the immigration office. Alternatively, they may request an emergency extension due to COVID-19, which could grant an additional 30 days.

well, you got the ED visa by enrolling in SOME school here in thailand. IF you want to extend it you need to get paperwork from them and the Ministry of Education and go to the immigration office to apply for an extension

IF you can't get that, all you can do is get a letter from your consulate stating you can't travel due to covid-19 and apply for an emergency extension for up to 30 days (usually issued in two 15 day stamps).
