TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM6 arrival form is currently not required, but you must still file a TM30 registration within 24 hours of arrival in Thailand. This is essential as the previous application details do not negate the need for the TM30, which needs to be completed at a local immigration office, typically by the property owner.

The TM6 changes are entirely unrelated to the TM30. Nothing has changed with the TM30. You need to have the house owner file a TM30 for you.

You should be able to have a family member register so you can file it online. Sorry I don’t have the link but my wife was able to do it.

The TM6 arrival form has been temporarily discontinued.

YES...you need to visit your local Thai immigration office and file a TM30.

The information given when you applied for your Thai Visa does not replace the need to file a TM30 within 24 hours of your arrival into Thailand
