What Are the New Form Requirements for a Non-O Visa Extension at Changwattana?

Went to changwattana today for a 60 day extension on my non o based on kids. While I was there the staff announced everyone had to fill in 3 extra forms. One to confirm address with Thai guarantee signed as well, one to sign acknowledging the overstay fines/bans and one just to collect info. I had just my kids with me so they weren't bothered about the Thai guarantee. Just bullshit really, obviously another bosses idea.

Also I got a list of the requirements for a 12 months extension based on kids. Strangely they only had it in Thai but here it is anyway. (In 2 halves cos my phone sucks)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shares their experience at Changwattana while applying for a 60-day extension on their Non-O visa due to child-related reasons. They mention being required to fill out additional forms, including one for confirming their address with a Thai guarantee and another acknowledging overstay fines. Fellow users comment that these requirements are not new and have been in place for over a year. There is also feedback on the availability of list requirements for a 12-month extension, which is now provided only in Thai.

Did you happen to make a copy or take a photo of the address confirmation with Thai guarantee form?

Sorry I didn't.. I only had my kids with me and they said it didn't matter and to guarantee it myself..Thai style!

They are only providing the list of document for marriage extension in Thai also. They used to provide the list in Thai and English but someone got the bright idea to provide them in Thai only now.

Why, why why. If it heard your feelings so much, why apply. "Just bullshit really, obviously another bosses idea" Learn to accept rules of a foreing country and stop calling everything bullshit.

Robert Lagas it didn't hurt my feelings but the information they wanted was exactly what was on the other form I had filled out.

Thanx for the update (y) and the requirements for an extension of stay based on raising half thai children.

Those aren't new. they've been handing them out at Chaengwattana for over a year now if you get ANY long term extension. I think the only extension you don't sign them for is a 30 day extension on a visa exempt entry or a to day tourist visa..
