What are the latest requirements for the yearly visa extension in Thailand?
Guys,
Just got back from my yearly extension at Chaengwattenha and as usual there were minor changes, extra copies of passport pages, holding up copies of the 3 extra pages relating to overstay when having my picture taken, my wife included for the first time in the picture and one of the 3 pages rejected and a new one replacing it. Anyone having a copy of the latest version please post a link. Used the appointment method, went 15 mins early, no waiting and out, finished, 45 mins later. Painless!!! Note they were processing number 50 when they closed for lunch.

Glad it worked out for you, doesn't seem even with one of the forms being the wrong one that it threw you off the rails much :) Congrats
