I have a Non-0 visa for visiting family.
I will stay for 90 day with a 60 day extension.
I am confused regarding my insurance requirements to enter Thailand.
I have read that I only need a 30 day Covid insurance for $50,000 others have said I need that insurance for the full length of my visit.
Advice please.
TLDR : Answer Summary
When entering Thailand on a Non-O visa, you must have health insurance that covers the duration you'll be stamped in upon arrival. For a 90-day stay with the option of a 60-day extension, you need insurance for at least the first 90 days. If you're 75 years or older, a government-sponsored COVID-only policy might be your best option. Some users clarified that while initial entries may require at least 30 days of COVID insurance, a full policy is recommended to cover any potential extensions.
