Are People Experiencing Issues With Online 90-Day Reporting in Thailand?
Checking if people are having any issues doing their 90 day report online? My kids are currently due to report on the 18th and I know they changed so that we could report right up until the day the report was due. However, am getting the error report again. Just checking if others are having issues reporting within a few days of their report being due.
Summary so far
A user is inquiring about potential issues with submitting the 90-day report online, particularly whether others are experiencing errors as their deadline approaches. The thread includes comments discussing the use of mobile apps versus the website, and whether one needs to have previously filed a report to be recognized in the database. Other users shared their attempts and frustrations with the process.

have you already file at least ONE 90 day report in person (or by mail) to get into the data base?

OPIt is user error on their end. my daughter's passport # listed on her last 90-day receipt does not match her actual passport number. Annoying. :) oh well, we all make mistakes. Off to immigration, I go on Monday. Thanks for all the help.

OPWell, it worked for 2 out of 3. :) Maybe something was entered wrong on their end initially and its not matching what im entering is the only thing i can think of...in regard to the 3rd child that it isnt working for. All three have the same entry date, so looks like ill need to go in and ask.
