I have a 1 year Non'O' multi entry visa based on marriage, valid until October 2020.. My last 90 day in/out was March 18th. The next would have been in June... So I am on amnesty.
I have watched, read these letters an considered possibilities over the months.
I should like to ask if it is possible to change my multi entry non O visa to a Non O based on marriage at Chaengwattana before the end of July.
I thank all of the admin.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Non-O multi entry visa based on marriage and is looking to change it to a Non-O based on marriage at the Chaengwattana immigration office. Community responses suggest it's actually about applying for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage instead of changing visa types. It's advised to visit the immigration office with the Thai spouse before the current visa's amnesty ends.

Good Luck, (y) believe me it is FAR easier to get a year extension based on being a foreign woman married to a thai man than a foreign man married to a thai woman.. :)
You need to go do this BEFORE the amnesty runs out though because right now (seeing as your original 90 day entry stamp expired) that's what is letting you stay here.
there is no appointment that you can book to get a year extension based on marriage to a thai out at Chaengwattana,
Take your thai husband, go out to Chaengwattana and get the hand out that lists the document requirements to apply for a year extension based on marriage.
Just so you're clear, you're NOT applying for a Non-O based on marriage you HAVE a Non-O visa that's good until Oct already. What you are doing is applying for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage from the 90 day entry off that Non-O visa you already have.
If you are a female married to a Thai male, I highly recommend getting an extension of stay based on marriage. You do not need proof of funds. Go to your local immigration office and ask for the handout to get the extension of stay based on marriage to a male Thai national
