Hello,
*Visa: A NON-O Marriage Yearly Extension Visa based on Thai Wife*
*Immigration Office: Chaeng Wattana Immigration*
*Current Visa Expired Date: 07 Dec 2022*
I would like to ask some questions before applying for the NON-O yearly extension based on a Thai wife.
1. Can I apply for this visa on 26 October 2022? This date is 43 days before the current visa expires.
2. Do I need to update my TM30? I live with my wife who is the house owner. She registered me in the TM30 since I moved in last year
3. Do I need to update the bank statement on the application date? Does the bank statement have to show from 6 months ago to the 26 October 2022 (date of application)?
4. If we have to update my bank book at my application date. Do I need to make a copy of that page?
5. Do I need to update the Kor Ror 2?
Sorry for asking many questions.
*P.S Posting from my wife's Facebook account.*
Thank you.
