Hi all,

Sorry for the long post. Need some enlightments here..

My visa will be ended in July 1st, this will be my first attempt to do 1 year extension from my dependent visa based on mariage to foreigner with working permit, we both are indonesians (if that matter in a way).

I do aware that i need to fill application form, copy of mine and spouse's passport, mariage certificate and letter from my spouse's office.

The questions are:

1. Which pages should be copied from both of our passports? Only the data page or i need to copy the visa page as well?

2. Our mariage certificate had translated to english by default in the certificate. Does the copy need to be validated (by the indonesian embassy)?

3. Will TM30 required? I've tried to reach our agent from the D day of my arrival to the kingdom (June 9th) but still got no update upon this TM30. Should i prepare to self report?

4. If i have to do self report for TM30, then do my extension, will it be enough time to do re-entry permit? Will do all these in CW.

5. Can i go alone to CW or my spouse need to be present?

6. Is there any document that i need to attached?

TIA for your kind response,

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks guidance on extending their dependent visa based on marriage to a foreigner in Thailand and raises several specific questions regarding documentation requirements, the need for a TM30 report, and whether their spouse needs to accompany them to the immigration office.

Your best option to limit your visits to the Immigration Office is to go there and ask the hand out with the requirements. Prepare them all, one by one, tick them off the list and when all done go back to apply.
