I am applying for soft power for medical treatment from my home country, Sweden. It is a legit medical treatment with a plan over the course of 2 years with check ups every 6 months. I have that letter from the hospital, bank statements for 6 months, extract from the tax office showing my address, ticket to Thailand, hotel booking for the first few nights. Is there anything else I need?
TIA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a medical soft power visa to Thailand for treatment from Sweden and is seeking advice on additional required documents. They have a treatment plan, bank statements, proof of address, flight ticket, and hotel booking. Commenters suggest contacting the embassy for specific requirements as they can vary, and advise caution regarding travel arrangements until the visa is approved.
I second Jo about mailing the embassy and check with them. Every embassy follows its "own" rules so what might work for Vietnam might not go well there
Email your embassy and check. I did medical soft power and i sent emails to check with my embassy direct. That was very helpful and saved me alot of headache and rejection as they had more sepcific requirements than outlined in the general requirements.
