What documents do I need for a DTV Workcation application in Vietnam?

In your cover letter state that your clients are abroad and you don't/won't take any Thai based clients. You might need to supply a couple passport sized photos, data page of your passport and once in Vietnam a photo of the Vietnam visa you used to enter.

I just got my DTV as a remote worker (search this group for my list) and I included a simple profit & loss statement from Jan 1-current, copies of business bank statements and a remote worker policy. Template is below:

Add a signature and a company stamp (if you have it).

I guess you could employ yourself as

a manager or a position that reasonable to work remotely in Thailand.
