I get the 12 month multiple entry non o for marraige then after the first 90 days i get a 60 day extension then a few more 90 day runs and when you reach the last 90 day run you can apply for another 60 day extension which gives me 17 months. i don't know if it makes any sense what i'm saying . I've done it twice in a row now reaching my last 90 day next week then applying for my last 60 day extesion.
, you could do that if you wanted to however IF you're gonna apply for the yearly extension at the immigration office just get the 90 day single entry Non-O in Savannakhet then come back and when you have 30 days left on your stamp go apply for the yearly extension.
If you get the year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage in Savannakhet you don't need to apply for a yearly extension because you can border-bounce every 90 days and get 15 months out of that visa.
If you are going to apply for the yearly extension of stay based on marriage at the immigration office by meeting the financial requirements and documentation etc, just get a 90 day single entry at Savannakhet.
, IF you are applying for an extension of stay based on marriage to a thai you do it where you both currently live, not where you are registered. So where ever the shop is and if you live there you use that immigration office.
Are you talking about Nong Buea Daeng in Chaiyaphum Province? If that's where you live they have an immigration office in that province and that's where you'd go.
I now have a yellow house registration and pink thai id card for Non bua Daeng does this mean I will have to go to immigration there or can I do in Roi et where I'm staying?
