It is not possible to renew any visa, including a Non-O multi-entry visa, either inside or outside of Thailand. However, you can apply for an extension of stay depending on your circumstances, such as financial requirements if you hold a Non-O visa based on marriage. It’s suggested for frequent travelers to consider applying for a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa from a Thai consulate, which allows unlimited entries into Thailand with a 90-day stay period upon each entry.

What you have now is a VISA that you got from a thai consulate in another country?
It says Non-Immigrant Type O, under number of entries it says M, and it's got a year validity between the date of issue and the enter before date right?
, I would suggest you get a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage from a thai consulate nearby or back in the UK.
That visa is good for a whole year from the date it's issued it's unlimited entries with each entry to thailand getting you stamped in for 90 days.
It's very easy to get from the thai consulates in Savannakhet Lao, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam & Seoul South Korea.

What reason do you have a Non-O visa like that? Depending on the reason you can apply for a yearly extension of stay by meeting the financial requirements
