It is not possible to renew any visa, including a Non-O multi-entry visa, either inside or outside of Thailand. However, you can apply for an extension of stay depending on your circumstances, such as financial requirements if you hold a Non-O visa based on marriage. It’s suggested for frequent travelers to consider applying for a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa from a Thai consulate, which allows unlimited entries into Thailand with a 90-day stay period upon each entry.
