Hi Everyone.

I have a question?

Is it possible to apply for 2 single reentry Permit at the same time ?

I'm on NON B Visa, I planning 2 trip out of Thailand with 4 days in Thailand in between.

For me it is NOT worse buy Multiple Reentry Permit unless 2 single reentry Permit are not allowed in the same time, and I not have time to go Immigration to apply for a second Reentry Permit in between the 2 trips.

Thanks everyone

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether it is permissible to apply for two single re-entry permits simultaneously while on a NON B visa in Thailand, as they also plan two trips with limited time in Thailand in between. Responses suggest checking with the immigration office for clarification, but previous inquiries have resulted in a 'no' answer regarding simultaneous applications. Some users recommend purchasing a single re-entry permit at the airport before departure or a multiple re-entry permit, which is deemed easier.

I did ask this a few years ago since I only had a couple of days between foreign trips. Immigration's answer was "no".

You really don't want immigration looking at you and wondering "why is that foreigner doing something weird?". Sounds like you are too clever by half.

do I think 2 trips out of Thailand is weird? Absolutely not. But do I think an immigration officer will think it's weird to buy 2 single re-entry stamps when it's still in the first half of the year? It's a distinct possibility.

Thanks for the compliment Fabio , fortunately there are plenty of sharp guys here.

at the BKK airport, the re-entry desk is at DEPARTURE 2, after the security screening but still before Immigration

Never heard of anyone doing it but ask at your immigration office, all they can say is no

Remember though you can get re-entry permits at most airports (Chiang Mai, Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket) before you fly out
