Why was my 90-day report application rejected while my Non-O visa is pending extension?

Hello everyone! Here is my case. October 10th is the date for my 90 day report. Yesterday I submitted online application and this morning I got an email that it was rejected. My question is whether the refusal is related to the fact that I am currently in the under consideration period for extending my annual Non-O/marriage/ visa which expires on October 5th. On the 11th I have to be stamped. So far I have had no problem with online reporting, probably not possible during the under consideration period?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a rejection of their online 90-day report application, likely due to the expiration of their current visa stamp before the 90-day period concludes. This coincides with their pending Non-O visa extension. Suggestions from commenters include checking the rejection reason, as well as advice on filing the report in person after their visa stamp is renewed.

Exactly the same thing happened to me last week. Picked up my new 1 year visa and did my 90 days report after that with the new date. My 90 days report was a few days after due date but not over the 7 days allowed. No problem but very long queue.

Yes, that's exactly what I plan to do. For luck on the 11th. when they have to stamp me with the annual extension, there were free hours and I made an online reservation for a 90 day report. So I'll go a little early to get both things done.

It is just a complete lottery mate. I have submitted 4 online in total, very first on accepted, 2nd accepted, 3rd rejected( reason given - wrong entry date on passport), 4th one accepted again...... During this period of time I never left the country or changed address, so EXACTLY the same details on each application 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.... Pure luck, no logic

You need to check the reason for rejection in that email notification.

It could be because your current stamp expires BEFORE your 90th day. The 90-day report is for reporting that you are legally staying in Thailand continuously for 90 days. With the current stamp, technically you will be overstaying on your 90th day.

Anyway, you are supposed to go to the local office on 5th October to get the 1-year stamp. You can submit a 90-day report in person at that time.

Thanks for the clarification! This is probably the reason for the rejection. Anyway, I'll get the stamp for the annual extension on the 11th and do a 90 day report right away.
