Users have reported that the 90-day reporting website and app for Thailand have been non-functional since February 18th, making it impossible to submit reports online. Many are now required to report in person at the Muang Thong Thani Immigration Office instead of the usual location. Some users have inquired about appointment bookings for the in-person reporting process.
