Hi, I received my last 90-day receipt in the post, and there is a hand-writen note on the slip that states "next time you must copy TM30". Not being familiar with this, I took a quick peek on google and there are dozens and dozens of pages about this. I did a cursory look and i seems to be a form required when you leave and return to the country. I have not left since 2015. Does this apply to me or not? And where would I get this from. Than you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is a notification that landlords or hosts must submit to report a foreigner's stay in Thailand. It generally applies when you enter or leave the country; however, for individuals who haven't left Thailand since 2015, the requirement may differ. The handwritten note on your 90-day receipt indicates that for your next reporting, you should provide a copy of this form, possibly due to changes in current immigration procedures. It's recommended to contact your local immigration office or check their official website for specific guidance on how this applies to your situation and where to obtain the TM30 form.
