TLDR : Answer Summary
When reporting for the 90-day requirement in Thailand, it is generally sufficient if your landlord has filed the TM30 form on your behalf. However, it is advisable for the landlord to capture a screenshot after logging into the official TM30 website, and this can be printed out for your records as a backup.
