Greetings all.

My new landlord just completed my new Tm30 . However my 90 day report is due today from my old place. How do I do this ?

Do I automatically get a new date ? Or should I do the old 90 day report ?

Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about filing a 90-day report after their new landlord has completed their TM30 registration. They seek clarification on whether they need to submit the old 90-day report or if a new date is automatically updated following the TM30 process. Responses indicate that the 90-day report is filed separately from the TM30 and must be submitted regardless of the new residence. The user is reminded that they have until February 8th to file the report without incurring a fine.

a 90 days report is made separate from a TM30 registration and has nothing to do with it
