This is my 2nd time applying for non-o one-year visa.
I am married to a Thai husband and have a child together.
Today instead of a-year visa, I still got a stamp “under consideration” and have to come back next month.
I thought this stamp is only for the first timer. Is this normal?
Thank you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
It's common for applicants renewing their NON-O one-year visa based on marriage to receive an 'under consideration' stamp, even on subsequent applications. This stamp indicates that your request is being processed, and it's a standard part of the immigration procedure that allows officials time to review your application. Many expats have experienced this for several years, so it's not unusual.
