Thank you for all you do. I am on a non-imm O visa with extensions based on marriage. I am due to renew my extension in October, after which, as always happens, I expect my passport will be stamped "under consideration". During the 30 days my extension is "under cinsideration", before I can get my yearly stamp, will I be able to leave the country? I am trying to schedule a trip abroad and want to understand my constraints. Thank you.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, currently on a NON-O visa with marriage extension, inquired about the possibility of leaving Thailand when their visa extension is 'under consideration.' It is advised that during this period (30 days after applying for the extension), the user must inform the immigration officer about their travel plans. Additionally, they need to obtain a re-entry permit to avoid losing the consideration stamp. Traveling during this time is feasible, but they must return before the stamp expires to complete the extension process.
