My non-O marriage single entry expired 2 months ago.
I went to apply for 1-year extension with my Thai husband today.
All documents submitted, 1900 baht fee paid. No extra fee required.
I got a 1 month extension instead of 1-year. It is said to be under consideration and I gotta come back next month.
My questions are:
1. Does it happen like this to all first timer?
2. What should I expect in the next meeting? What are the possible outcomes for my extension application.
Thank you for your advice :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user had a Non-O marriage visa that expired two months ago and applied for a one-year extension but only received a one-month extension. They are seeking clarification on whether a one-month extension is common for first-time applicants and what to expect during their next meeting regarding their application.
