Should I cancel my Non-B visa before leaving Thailand if I am not extending it?

I have Non-B 90 days which is going to expire end of March. The company wants to apply for work permit and extends my Non-B to 1 year but I decided to leave this company and Thailand for good. Should I still cancel that 90 days Non-B? Or just leave the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Non-B visa valid for 90 days which is expiring at the end of March. They are considering whether to cancel it or just leave Thailand since they decided not to extend it or apply for a work permit as their company suggested. Comments indicate that the user does not need to cancel the visa; they can simply leave the country when their 90 days are up.

No need to cancel the 90 day Non-B visa, (in fact can't be cancelled actually)

you're allowed to stay the 90 days you're stamped in on, and you can leave no issue at all

Tod Daniels Many thanks Tod. If my employer decided to do work permit and extend 1 year visa, can I cancel by myself without employer's documents at immigration for visa and labor office for work permit ? This new place is very shady and they took my passport to extend visa.

nope you can't

You either decide to leave when this 90 days is over and stop

or

you get the extension then if you want to leave you go thru the real process (with documentation from your employer) to cancel the work permit and extension.
