As per my visa stamp i need to do a run latest 29th june, with a multiple entry directors business visa, can i just hop in and out on the same day? Or do i need to stay out of Thailand for a day or two? And with a valid WP would i need to show them any funds?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion addresses the process of performing a same-day border run with a multiple entry Non-B visa in Thailand. Users confirm that it's possible to exit and re-enter Thailand within the same day to reset the visa duration, but caution is advised regarding specific border crossings, such as the Poi Pet-Aranyaprathet crossing, due to potential unusual regulations. Additionally, it is noted that travelers with a valid Work Permit should check if they need to provide evidence of funds when exiting.
you can go OUT/IN within same day, but as Russian you have to avoid some borders. BTW in the South I am not familiar about the requirement to do a border hop. But around Bangkok avoid POI PET/Aranyaprathet.
I hope you mean on your Non Immigrant B visa is mentioned valid until 29th June 2019. You can do a border run stamp out Thailand, stamp in/out neighbor country and directly stamp back into Thailand just before or on this date to get a new 90 days Admitted to Stay. Avoid the Poi Pet - Aranyaprathet border crossing as this one is known for some strange rules about minimum nights abroad.
