OK, you have paid for your flight and bought your insurance but my question is... How many people have lost their money because they had trouble with the pass and not being able to upload and download an obstacle? Or at some stage you are refused the pass.
Just asking, thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry seeks to understand how many travelers have incurred financial losses due to problems with the Thailand Pass, especially related to uploading and downloading necessary documents for their travel plans. Comments suggest that while some travelers encountered issues, such as delays in confirmation and rescheduling due to positive tests, there were few reports of missed flights specifically attributed to the Thailand Pass system.
I haven’t actually yet seen a post or comment form anyone on any of the pages I’m member of that says they missed their flight or deadline. Many that were close.
A few from people that tested positive and had to reschedule but none that I recall that were a result of the eVisa or Thai Pass system.
the problem is there seems no queue to approve visas. Some get approved straight away and others are left for a long time and by which time, it feels like you have just been forgotten about. My son was approved within 24hrs and mine still wasn't 12 days later. I managed to find a number that went straight through to a member of staff and my docs were then approved immediately, so nothing wrong with my docs.
The ones that get approved right away gets approved by the automated system. If you upload everything correctly, that's how it should work. Otherwise, someone has to manually review the documents.
define correctly? My sons got approved after 2 hrs but mine was much longer. Same docs. QR code cropped nicely from the app, hotel letter same confirming same booking, insurance company and letters same company. As soon as I called through to a direct number I spoke to a member of staff who just asked for my passport number. they didn't have time to check the docs in detail and approved it on the spot in a 2 min call.
