TLDR : Answer Summary
You can typically renew a retirement visa in Thailand 30 days prior to expiration, with some offices allowing renewals up to 45 days in advance. However, it's important to note that for a 1-year Extension of Stay, you can only apply for a new one during the last 45 days before the current visa expires.

Sorry but you can not renew any visa.

Seeing the dates I guess you have a 1 year Extension of Stay and you can apply for a new 1 year during the last 45 days.

All offices allow you to apply 30 days before, and some allow 45 days before.
