Hi I am on EofS marriage. I am applying for my new UK passport.
My question is
On getting my new passport I take it to immigration with my old one to get my EofS marriage stamp stamped into my new passport. I also have an unused re-entry stamp. Is that stamped into my new passport? I would have thought so but always worth asking.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your EofS marriage stamp and re-entry permit into your new UK passport, you should take both your old and new passports to the Thai Immigration office that issued your current visas. They will transfer the marriage extension stamp to your new passport. However, regarding the re-entry permit, it can only be transferred if it was also issued at that particular immigration office; otherwise, you may need to show both passports upon entry into Thailand.
I did this recently and also had to do a new TM30 when they moved stamps, and just had my online 90 day report rejected and have to go in person as they've treated it as first report after entry

what Lloyd said, take both passports to the immigration office and they'll move the stamps
AND as far as the re-entry permit they'll move that stamp too IF you got it issued at that immgration office.
They won't move an airport gotten re-entry permit to a new passport at an immigration office,
you have to have that done at the airport re-entry counter that issued it (OR carry both passports until that re-entry permit expires)

Yep, pop along to Immgration and they will move your extension to the new passport and the re-entry, (pretty sure about the re-entry), the only proviso being that you use the same office that issued them both.

Take both current and new passport to Thai Immigration office and they will transfer the One year extension of stay as Married to Thai stamp into your new passport.
Re the Re-entry permit... CARRY BOTH OLD and NEW passports with you. That re-entry permit stamp is not ๐ซ transfered into the new passport.
Upon arrival into Thailand... show both passports to Thai Immigration Officer and point out the reentry permit.
